Description
Tapered Dispense Tips from Dispense Robotics offer safe, semi-transparent, non-scratching performance, allowing you to easily monitor fluid levels during dispensing. Constructed entirely from high-density polypropylene (HDPP), these all-plastic tips are compatible with a wide range of materials.
The tapered design ensures smoother material flow, reduced resistance, and decreased friction within the syringe, all while protecting delicate substrates from scratches. Each tip features a rigid 1.25-inch shaft, molded with precision double helical threads for a secure Luer Lock connection that prevents leaks.
Ideal for dispensing most fluids, these tips are particularly effective with filled materials. For applications requiring more flexibility, we recommend our PTFE Non-Stick Flexible Needles.
Unlike stainless steel needles, Tapered Dispense Tips can be easily cut to enlarge the opening for dispensing thicker beads or dots, offering even greater versatility for your process needs.
