Depending on the dispensing process, it is possible to select a dispenser suitable for materials such as silicone, epoxy, UV material, and acrylic. It is possible to select a variety of dispensers and material feeding devices, including barrel, cartridge, tank, pneumatic valve, plunger pump, PRO-PUMP and jetting valve.
It is an in-line automation facility that transfers products through a conveyor, aligns products by an orthogonal robot,
sets the dispensing position with a 3-axis motion robot, and performs dispensing work with a dispenser. It’s possible to select the vision, conveyor type, dispenser, etc. as options depending on the product to be applied, use, work environment, and work process. The control PC with a 10-inch monitor in the basic operating environment of the facility and even PLC control can be selected as necessary.
Motion and conveyors are unique special products to minimize the facility’s exterior size and to expand the internal work area. It is designed to realize the same working speed as a dual conveyor of the single size equipment in a structure that can operate a double stage on the X-axis line.
