Return Policy

At Dispense Robotics, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. If you’ve ordered something you no longer need or changed your mind, we’re here to help and will work with you to make it right.

Returns for Unopened and Unused Items

You may return items that are unopened and unused within a reasonable time frame after delivery. All products must be:

  • In original, sealed manufacturer packaging.
  • Complete with all original items (including cords, nozzles, instruction manuals, etc.)

Items that are opened, used, or incomplete are not eligible for return unless specifically authorized by our team.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee.
  • Credits are issued only after the returned items are received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Opened Items & Special Orders

Opened items and special-order products may not be returned unless approved by our support team. If a return is authorized:

  • Special-order items may incur a higher restocking fee.
  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please contact us to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form. Once approved:

  • A replacement item may be shipped following a new purchase order.
  • Upon evaluation of the defective item, a refund or credit will be issued.
  • Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
  • The customer may be responsible for return shipping and packaging costs unless otherwise agreed upon.

Important

  • We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping.
  • Damage caused in transit is not covered under manufacturer warranties.
  • We highly recommend insuring your return shipment for the full item value.
